Josie Verchota (Schieffert), PHR, is an experienced People Operations Manager with a strong background in human resources and marketing. Currently employed at SUCCESS Computer Consulting since November 2020, Josie has held multiple HR roles within the organization, contributing to technology optimization and cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies. Prior to this, Josie worked at August Schell Brewing Company as a Marketing Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator, where recruitment and onboarding practices were developed, alongside managing social media inquiries.
