Isha Panwar

Isha Pawar is currently a Technical Recruiter at Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd., starting in May 2024, where the focus is on sourcing high-quality technical talent for various roles, including SDE II, SDE III, SDE IV, Principal Engineer, Product Manager, and DevOps. Prior to this position, Isha gained experience in the Human Resources Department as an intern at DevTown from August 2023 to September 2023. Isha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR and Marketing from KIET Group of Institutions, expected to be completed in July 2024, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from CCS University, earned in 2022.
