Ronald Dahms has held various executive positions throughout their work experience. Ronald started their career as the Executive Vice-President at Desjardins Financial Security in 1995, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they served as the Senior Vice-President of Business Development at Export Development Canada. In 2004, they joined Bombardier as the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, a position they held until 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at Optimum Talent | Integrated Talent Management, first as the Chief Executive Officer and then as the Executive Chairman. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer of SuccessFinder. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Institut de Readaptation Gingras Lindsay de Montreal from 2002 to 2015.
Ronald Dahms attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2003 for the study of Organizations and Strategy, but did not obtain a degree. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1997 to 1999, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their formal education, Ronald Dahms obtained the SuccessFinder Expert Level Certificate from SuccessFinder in February 2015.
