Dean Ridgway

Dean Ridgway is an experienced operations and fitness management professional, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Sue Ryder since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions at Nuffield Health from July 2016 to August 2023, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Dean also co-owned and coached at Reebok CrossFit Durbs, CrossFitDBN, and CrossFit West from March 2012 to June 2016, contributing to the establishment of KwaZulu-Natal's premier annual fitness event during this time.
