Nathan Smith is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in financial analysis and development. Currently serving as a Real Estate Development Manager and previously as a Real Estate Development Associate at Sueba USA Corporation since October 2019, Nathan focuses on strategic development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at TRC Capital Partners, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting and due diligence on real estate acquisitions, and as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at CBRE, managing a significant portfolio of multifamily mortgages.
