Johan de Soete

Johan De Soete is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of New Business Development Sales at Südzucker since July 2014, where responsibilities include the product management of Pearl sugar, a key ingredient for the Belgian "gaufre de Liège," and glucose products, along with leading a dedicated team to achieve strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Johan spent significant time at Raffinerie Tirlemontoise as a Sales Manager for Industry, focusing on industrial sales and product management of various sugar products. Johan's earlier career at BENEO involved roles as a Sales Manager and Senior Application Manager, where efforts were concentrated on product development and application research across multiple food and pharmaceutical sectors. Johan holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende and further education from Vlerick Business School.
