Bo Manamperi

Bo Manamperi is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as the VP of People Enablement for SUEZ Australia & New Zealand since July 2018. In this role, Bo reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of ANZ and the global HR Senior Vice President, contributing to business strategy and leading a multifaceted HR team that encompasses Business Partnering, Talent, Recruitment, and Joint Ventures/Alliances. Previous experience includes a tenure at Thales from March 2009 to June 2018, where Bo held various positions such as Strategic HR Business Partner and Head of HR in Land and Air Systems, successfully delivering HR strategies, workforce planning, and a progressive onboarding framework. Bo's career also includes roles in recruitment consultancy, showcasing a strong foundation in HR practices supported by a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Newcastle.
