Mamta Naik

Mamta Naik has been working in the cosmetics industry since 2013. Mamta started at FAB BAG as a Senior Executive for Customer Delight, where they established an open dialogue with customers and promptly responded to questions and customer issues. In 2016, they moved to SUGAR Cosmetics as a Manager of Product Development, where they were responsible for executing product development from market analysis to formula and packaging design. Mamta also analyzed existing shade assortments and worked on additional shade ranges for line extensions and discontinuations. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Product Development and then to Associate Vice President.

Mamta Naik attended PTVA's Sathaye College from 2010 to 2013, where they earned their BSc - Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
