Justin R. has a varied work experience in the restaurant industry. Justin started their career at Olive Garden in 2000 as a Culinary Manager, NRO. From there, they moved on to Taco Mama as a Director of Food And Beverage in 2006, and then to Wingin' It - Buffalo Wild Wings as a Director of Training in 2007. In 2012, Justin became the Director of Operations at Baumhower's Restaurant, a position they held until 2020. Justin then joined Wild Wing Cafe as the Director of Operations until 2023, and currently, they are the Director of Operations at Sugar Factory LLC.

Justin R. attended the University of North Alabama from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Hospitality.
