Joanna Carpio

Joanna Carpio has extensive work experience in the field of offshore operations and management. Joanna worked as a Director of Offshore Operations at Suited Connector since 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Suited Connector BPO.

From 2011 to 2017, Joanna worked at Global Fusion / Vinyl Interactive as the Director of Offshore Operations and Director of Human Resources.

Prior to that, they held the role of Call Center Relationship Manager at Vinyl Interactive from 2006 to 2012.

Their earlier experience includes various roles at PeopleSupport, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, including Marketing Manager, Client Services Manager, Operations Team Manager, and Operations Team Supervisor.

Joanna Carpio completed their high school education at Saint Theresa College from 1991 to 1995. Joanna then pursued their bachelor's degree at Ateneo de Manila University from 1995 to 1999, majoring in Communications Technology Management.
