Jing-song (Jason) Huang is a Control and Embedded Software Engineer at SUITX by Ottobock since September 2020, contributing to the development of both passive and active exoskeletons, including the Phoenix medical exoskeleton aimed at aiding individuals with mobility disorders. Previously, Jing-song served as a Mechanical Engineer at Thinkative Inc, where the design of a game sleeve integrating controllers for competitive gameplay was a key project. Additionally, Jing-song was involved in the Mars Rover competition at Brigham Young University, focused on autonomous driving and various missions, and held roles as a Research Assistant in the Neuromechanics Lab and the Robotics and Dynamics Laboratory, where contributions included investigating movement disorders and prototyping robotic systems. Jing-song holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
