Wayne Tung

Wayne Tung has extensive work experience in the field of exoskeleton technology. Wayne co-founded suitX in 2011 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on exoskeleton research and development with Professor H. Kazerooni in the Human Engineering Lab.

Wayne Tung completed their education at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2004, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science Engineering. Following this, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2009. Wayne Tung then continued their academic journey and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering in 2013.
