Romeo Ju

Romeo Ju has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Romeo is the Founder and CEO of Bancoli since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Founder and Chairman of Arative from November 2018 and as the President of Relābe from June 2018. Romeo also held the position of President at Sulvo starting from October 2013. Additionally, Romeo has been an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Traction Tribe, where they assisted European startups in their growth in the U.S. from June 2014 to January 2016. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Digital Strategy/Creative Technology professional at DDB and as an Online Advertising Lead at Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision in 2013. Romeo's early career includes roles such as Coordinator at The One Show/Creative Week NYC in 2012, Strategic Planning Intern at Leo Burnett Budapest in 2011, and Planner at Qualitative Research Group at SCAD from March 2011 to June 2011.

Romeo Ju began their education in 2008 at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where they pursued International Business Management. However, they did not complete a degree at this institution. In 2009, Romeo enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising in 2012.
