Experience also includes leadership positions at Nokia Networks and Siemens, focusing on product customization applications and telecommunications software development. Armin Castan began a career in the Bundeswehr, completing officer training from 1979 to 1991, and later earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informatik from Bundeswehr University Munich.
