Arturo Torres

Arturo Torres has over three decades of experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Manager at Sulzer since November 1997, overseeing IT operations for Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela, including support, communications, security, software development, maintenance, and budgeting. Prior to Sulzer, Arturo held the position of IT Manager at Cartec SA de CV from 1991 to 1997, where responsibilities included network administration and database management. Arturo started their career as the Head of Development at Grupo Alioth from 1986 to 1991, focusing on software development. Educational qualifications include a Degree in Information Technology Management from Universidad Tecnológica Latinoamericana, a Diploma in management skills from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, and studies in Computer Science at Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
