Gurveena Kaur

Gurveena Kaur (Veena) has diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Gurveena is currently working as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Lead at Sulzer, where they are responsible for building a recruitment pipeline for key positions and handling the hiring and onboarding process. Prior to this, they worked at Randstad Sourceright as a Senior Talent Advisor and Recruiter, managing the recruitment process for clients and providing guidance on salary levels and career progression opportunities. Gurveena also has experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at GEA Group, where they executed end-to-end recruitment processes for the APAC region and implemented innovative recruiting strategies. Before that, they worked at Transcendent Business Services as a Team Leader and Senior Consultant, where they managed a team and established relationships with clients. Earlier in their career, they worked at Monroe Consulting Group as a Senior Recruitment Executive and Executive Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the industrial division and building relationships with clients while sourcing and screening candidates.

Gurveena Kaur (Veena) completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at SEGi University & Colleges from 2014 to 2019. Gurveena also obtained additional certifications such as Managing Harassment in the Workplace (Online) from the Singapore National Employers Federation in 2022, Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in 2022, and CEI - (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) from the Ministry of Manpower in 2019.
