Robert Tillman Yoder III

Robert Tillman Yoder III, MBA, has extensive experience in supply chain and engineering roles, currently serving as a Supply Chain Manager at Sulzer since October 2013. In this capacity, Robert represents the factory on a global lean manufacturing team, spearheading lean initiatives and overseeing value stream management for horizontal end-suction and specialty pumps. Prior to Sulzer, Robert worked as a Project Manager and Design Engineer at Fluor, where responsibilities included equipment sizing, head loss calculations, and CAD drafting. Academically, Robert holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, complemented by a strong foundation from Lancaster High School.
