Kacper Sovinski

Kacper Sovinski, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different organizations. Kacper is currently working as a Senior Acquisition Program Manager at Sumaria Systems, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Defense Engineering Corporation from August 2021 to September 2022.

Kacper's extensive experience in program management began with their role as a Program Manager in the United States Air Force, where they served from July 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they managed a $12M annual budget from multiple sources and supervised a team of 33 personnel across various disciplines. Kacper was also responsible for developing contracts, Statements of Work, and performing cost estimates.

Before their program management role, Kacper served as an R&D Project Manager at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center from May 2015 to June 2018. Kacper was recognized as one of the US Air Force's 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year in 2017 and established and managed the organization's first software test and evaluation team.

Kacper began their career as an Intelligence Analyst at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center in April 2012. In this role, they provided analysis and assessment of GMTI data, fused data into integrated products, and conducted quality assessments for the GEOINT production floor.

Kacper also obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Scientific Analysis Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they attended in 2013 and 2014.
