Richard Heath

Richard Heath has over 37 years of experience in sales and customer service within the machinery industry, primarily at Sumitomo Machinery Corp. of America since November 1986. Richard currently serves as the California Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a personal territory in the Los Angeles area. Previous roles at Sumitomo include District Sales Manager, managing B2B sales of Speed Reducers and Gearmotors, and Customer Service Manager, where Richard led inside sales operations and staff mentoring. Other positions held include Manager of Policies and Procedures, where Richard managed documentation and procedural improvements, as well as Customer Service Supervisor and Technical Sales - Inside. Prior experience includes a customer service role at Eastern Bearings from May 1984 to November 1986. Richard is an alumnus of St Leo's College.
