Zara Hamid

Zara Hamid has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Zara started their career at JDX Consulting as a Consultant, specializing in MiFID Assurance Analyst work for a Tier 1 Investment Bank. Their responsibilities included conducting reconciliation tests on various asset classes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Zara also played a crucial role in increasing testing volumes and addressing exceptions. After their time at JDX Consulting, Zara joined Barclays as a CASS Analyst, where they focused on regulatory reporting. Zara then moved to UBS as an Authorized Officer, before joining Northern Trust Asset Management as a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst. Currently, Zara holds the position of Vice President Trade and Transaction Reporting Quality Assurance at SMBC Group.

Zara Hamid attended the University of Leicester from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Law. Following this, they continued their education at the University of Law from 2013 to 2014, where they completed the Legal Practise Course with a focus on Law.
