Paul Medeiros

Paul Medeiros has extensive experience in land and site development, having held various senior roles in the industry. Paul began their career at Gregory Group in 1989 as a Manager of Land Development before moving on to KB HOME South Bay in 1991, where they served as the Vice President of Land Development. In 2009, they joined SummerHill Homes as the Vice President of Site Development.

Paul Medeiros attended San Jose State University from 1970 to 1974, where they studied Finance, General. However, they did not obtain a degree during this time.
