Customer Happiness Shift Lead at Summersalt

Jessica Goodman has had a diverse work experience since 2013. Jessica began their career as an Account Manager at Bravery Media, where they were responsible for overseeing day to day client communication and managing scheduling and resource allocation. In 2016, they took on the role of Austin Brand Lead at Warby Parker, where they created connections between the brand and the local community as well as crafted event and activation proposals, including proposals for SXSW. In 2019, they joined Sock Club as an Account Manager, where they built warm relationships with clients based on trust and service and walked clients from first call or email to completed custom item. Finally, in 2021, they became the Customer Happiness Shift Lead at SUMMERSALT.

Jessica Goodman received their Master of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Academy of Art University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Studio Art from Greenville University in 2008.
