Demett Jenkins

Demett Jenkins currently serves as the Director of Spiritual Care and Outreach at Trident Medical Center since January 2024. Previously, Demett held the position of Director of Education and Engagement for Faith-Based Communities at the International African American Museum from July 2018 to March 2024. Demett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from South Carolina State University and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology of Virginia Union University, where studies were completed in May 2007.
