Stephen Grassi

Stephen Grassi serves as the MSP NOC Manager at Summit 7 since June 2020, where responsibilities have included roles as NOC Lead and NOC Engineer. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a System Administrator at Corus360 in March 2020 and nearly two years as a Field Service Systems Engineer at Diebold Nixdorf from February 2018 to February 2020. Stephen also worked as a System Administrator at Online Tech from February 2014 to October 2017 and held the position of Senior Customer Engineer at NCR Corporation for nearly nine years, focusing on a variety of equipment including self-checkouts, ATMs, PCs, servers, and networking. Earlier roles include Technology Department Manager at Office Depot, Parts Department Associate at Honda Barn Nissan Of Stratham, and Test Technician at Tycom Ltda. Stephen's military background includes service as a Specialist (E-4) in the US Army from January 1995 to January 2000, complemented by education at the US Army Satellite School where training in satellite communications was completed. High school education was obtained at Lahser High School.
