Trevor Cromwell

Trevor Cromwell has extensive experience in youth development and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Youth & Teens and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Summit Area YMCA since May 2010. Prior roles at Summit Area YMCA include Senior Coordinator for Youth and Teens. Additionally, Trevor worked as a Behavioral Assistant at ASAPP Healthcare from 2016 until September 2023 and held the position of Overnight Operations at LIFETIME FITNESS from March 2016 to July 2017. Trevor is an alumnus of Essex County College.
