Christopher Thomas possesses a diverse background in technical support and customer service, having held various roles within Summit Broadband from June 2015 to the present, including Supervisor and Technical Support Team Lead. Prior experience includes positions at AT&T as a Direct Sales Manager and at Brighthouse Networks in customer service and quality assurance roles. Christopher also served as an Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Orlando and worked as an Animal Control Officer for the Orange County Government.
