Kelley Schiess

Mrs. Kelley Schiess was appointed Head of School in 2022 after serving 20 years as Summit's Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management and Community Engagement. In this role, she developed and executed strategy for recruitment, admission, financial aid and retention. In addition, she had oversight for buildings and grounds, summer and extended day programs, and community engagement. Mrs. Schiess has a master's degree in college student personnel administration in higher education and bachelor's degree in journalism from Ball State University.

She currently serves on the Xavier Board of Trustees Brand and Marketing Subcommittee.
