Cesp Jan Dougherty

Jan Dougherty, CESP is currently a National APSE Board Member and Co-President of Ohio APSE. With a background in early childhood education and business/management from Malone University, Jan has been dedicated to advancing employment equity for individuals with disabilities. Jan has years of experience in various managerial roles in organizations such as APSE, Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, Siffrin Inc, and YWCA Western Stark County. Through roles such as Manager of Community Supports & Development, Discovery Manager, and Director of Employment Services, Jan has shown a commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to determine their career paths.
