Stephen Fenton PE, MSI is a seasoned professional engineer with 30 years of experience in construction services, specializing in construction materials testing, special inspections, and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as the CMT/SI and Geotech Department Manager at Summit Design and Engineering Services in Hillsborough, NC since April 2020, Stephen has previously held senior roles at Wood and Amec Foster Wheeler, where Stephen contributed to various significant projects.
