Phillip Rushing

Phillip Rushing is an experienced survey professional currently serving as the Survey Area Manager at Summit Design and Engineering Services since April 2017. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Survey Project Manager at Barry D. Davis Surveying from September 2008 to March 2017. Phillip began their career in surveying as a Survey Crew Chief at McKim & Creed, Inc. and later at Mulkey Engineers & Consultants, with tenure at these companies lasting from September 1999 to September 2008.
