Jeffrey Rutledge

Jeffrey Rutledge serves as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Summit Electric Supply since October 2023. With extensive experience as an attorney since 2010, Jeffrey has provided legal services in contract negotiation and commercial litigation. Previous roles include Director and Legal Counsel at Trintech, where Jeffrey led negotiation efforts for a financial services software enterprise, and attorney at Northrop Grumman, overseeing negotiations for significant IT contracts. Additionally, as Senior Contract Manager at AT&T, Jeffrey managed a large portfolio of enterprise agreements. Jeffrey also founded Paradigm Research, Inc., where strategic planning and market expansion were key focuses. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
