Sean Neal

Sean Neal has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Manager of Estimating and previously as Director of Purchasing & Estimating at Summit Homes since July 2017. Prior to this role, Sean worked at Summit Custom Homes from March 2012 to July 2017 in various positions including Estimator, Construction Manager, and Assistant Construction Manager. Experience also includes a tenure as Quality Control Manager at MCC Construction Corporation from June 2010 to March 2012 and an internship at Crossland Construction Company, Inc, where responsibilities involved fieldwork and safety meetings. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2007.
