Rachel Joyce

Rachel Joyce has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on management and operations. Rachel has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Front Office Manager at Adams Mark in 1998. Rachel then worked at Radisson as a Rooms Division Manager before joining Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 2005, where they served as a General Manager for multiple locations. In 2015, they became a Dual General Manager at Holiday Inn Express and Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown University. Rachel later moved on to Aimbridge Hospitality, where they worked as a Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Summit Hotel Properties, Inc.

Rachel Joyce attended the University of South Alabama from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Leisure Services. Rachel'sfield of study during this time was also Leisure Services.
