Roger Frueh has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Summit Industries since January 2005. In this role, Roger demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting, product failure recovery, parts identification, and documentation clarification, while also providing remote assistance to Field Service Engineers. Prior to this position, Roger held the role of US Tech Support at Planmed Oy from 1999 to January 2005, and worked as a Technical Support specialist at Gendex from 1993 to 1999. Roger attended DeVry University in Illinois, where an Associate's degree in electronics was pursued.
