Matt Guss

Matt Guss is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Summit Materials, Matt leads a dedicated HR team in the West region, supporting multiple divisions. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Pride Transport and Talent Development Partner at Adobe, where Matt developed global talent enhancement programs for 28,000 employees. Matt's career also includes integral HR positions at Adobe Workfront and Graymont, where responsibilities extended to workforce planning and successful integration during acquisitions. Additionally, HR experiences at Qwest Communications, Schreiber Foods, and Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing contributed to a robust foundation in HR strategy and operations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Utah.
