Mary Thompson

Mary Thompson, MBA, is an experienced healthcare administrator with a strong background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Administrator and Senior Site Manager at Summit Medical Group since January 2018, Mary has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Administrator, Medical Assistant, and Receptionist at Shults Pediatrics from June 2005 to December 2017, as well as Customer Service Representative at Kroger from March 2006 to March 2007. Mary earned a degree in Organizational Management from Maryville College (2009-2013) and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Administration from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee (January 2022 - December 2022).
