Marie-Claude Hallé

Marie-Claude Hallé is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mining and metals industry. Her passion for the mining industry, began as a desire to solve complex problems and evolved to focus on sustainability, clean technology, and critical mineral extraction. Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Extractive Metallurgy from Laval University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Marie-Claude holds a breadth of international operational senior leadership experience across the entire mine-to-market value chain and various commodities. In 2019, she founded her own consulting company working with resource extraction companies in the areas of strategic advisory, technology evaluation and adoption, organizational and digital transformation as well as product development strategy. She is also supporting diversity and innovation in the mining industry providing by being an active mentor to women in the resources industry, an active board advisor and contributor to various industry groups.

Leading Summit’s operational leadership, Marie-Claude is responsible for Research and Development, Technical Services, Engineering and Plant Field Operations.
