Andrea Bien, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in healthcare and higher education. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Summit Orthopedics since July 2022, Andrea has previously held key HR roles, including Human Resources Director at Mitchell Hamline School of Law from July 2016 to May 2021 and at William Mitchell College of Law from August 2003 to June 2016. Andrea's expertise encompasses strategic oversight of HR operations, policy development, and employee relations.
