Matthew G. Hamilton

Matt joined Summit Partners in 2005 and is a Managing Director on the Growth Products & Services team. His investment and board experience includes Adviser Investments, a.k.a. Brands (NYSE: AKA), Beyond Risk, EngageSmart (NYSE: ESMT), Flow Traders (Euronext: FLOW), Focus Financial Partners (acquired by KKR and Stone Point Capital), Halborn, Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Progressive Finance (acquired by Aaron's), Quay Australia, Salient Partners, Snap Finance, Solo Brands (NYSE: DTC), Telerik (acquired by Progress Software) and Vestmark.

Prior to Summit, Matt worked for Senator Olympia Snowe in the United States Senate. He received a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from Colby College.
