Caitlin Sutherland

Caitlin Sutherland currently serves as the Personnel & Finance Officer at Summit Physical Therapy, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and administrative support. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as an Office Coordinator at Colonial Life and as a Customer Service Specialist at Scenic City Orthodontics. Experience also includes positions as Patient Care Coordinator at both STAR Physical Therapy and Life Care Centers of America, along with roles as Recreational Therapist and Behavioral Therapist in various therapeutic and recreational settings. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed secondary education at Baylor School.
