Moira Cronin

Moira Cronin is a seasoned professional in project development with significant experience in the renewable energy and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Development at Summit Ridge Energy since March 2023, Moira previously held the role of Development Manager at Vanguard Renewables, overseeing 11 project closings and the approval of 1 million MMBTU/y of renewable natural gas in multiple states. Prior roles include Development Analyst at Wood Partners, where project management encompassed underwriting and financing for approximately 1,000 multifamily units, and Development Associate at SEB, LLC, contributing to the successful development of 54 projects under the Chapter 40B permit process. Moira holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology with a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, alongside certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and additional education from Boston University and Virginia Tech.
