Matt Gordon

Matt Gordon currently serves as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Summit Search Consultants, an award-winning boutique firm focusing on sectors such as Medtech, Proptech, Insurtech, Climatech, Digital Health, Robotics, and IT/SaaS Automation. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Senior Associate at Illuma Search Partners, an executive search firm rooted in the values of startup leadership. Matt's experience also includes serving as Marketing Manager and Account Executive at Bridge Legal, a provider of automated solutions for law firms, as well as roles as Account Executive at InContext Solutions and Sales Executive at Grubhub. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations Advertising and Applied Communication with a focus on Data Analytics from DePaul University.
