Marc Dillmann has held various roles in the alcohol beverage industry since 1999. Marc began their career as a Food & Beverage Manager at The Mirage in 1999, followed by a Restaurant Manager position at Paris Las Vegas in 2000. In 2004, they joined Southern Wine & Spirits as Vice President On-Premise Wine, where they were responsible for sales planning, development, and daily operations of the on-premise wine division. In 2014, they became President of Dillmann Wine Merchants. From 2020 to 2022, they held the roles of Director of Sales On Premise and Sales at Johnson Brothers, and is currently Vice President of Sales at Summit Spirits & Wine. Additionally, they are open to new opportunities as a result-oriented Sales Executive.
Marc Dillmann has a Bachelor of International Business in Hotel & Tourism Management from the International College of Hospitality Administration in Brig, Switzerland, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Marc also has a Hotel Business Degree from Bavaria Hotelfachschule in Altoetting, Germany, which they obtained between 1994 and 1995. Additionally, Marc has obtained several certifications, including WSET Level 2 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in October 2021, as well as certifications from LinkedIn in May 2020, such as Body Language for Leaders, Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Communicating with Confidence, Communicating with Transparency, Creating Great First Impressions, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Leading Productive Meetings, Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings, Leading Your Team Through Change, Leading in Crisis, and Managing High Performers.
