Ginger Cooper

Ginger Cooper serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Summit Success Group, beginning in January 2024, where expertise includes commercial strategy, revenue operations, and laboratory digitization. Previously, at Artificial, Inc., from January 2023 to April 2024, Ginger transitioned from tech-startups to large pharmaceutical clients and established an advisory team while enhancing business development efforts. During a significant tenure at Agilent Technologies from 2008 to December 2022, Ginger held various leadership roles, notably Associate VP of Operations & Commercialization Strategy, where leadership contributed to operational excellence and strategic program development. Ginger co-founded the Women@Agilent network and served as an executive sponsor for LGBTQIA+ initiatives, demonstrating strong advocacy and commitment to diversity.
