Todd Hanna

Todd Hanna serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Sumo Logic, where responsibilities include overseeing legal affairs for a leading provider of cloud monitoring and security solutions. Todd's extensive legal experience includes roles such as Interim General Counsel at BeyondTrust and Sumo Logic, and Senior Operating Advisor at Francisco Partners Consulting, assisting over 60 technology companies with legal operations and compliance. Previously, Todd held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Sovos Compliance, managing global legal affairs, and served as Managing Commercial Counsel at EMC Corporation's VCE Division. Todd began their legal career at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP and Duffy Sweeney & Scott, and holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston University.
