Flora Rebello Arduini LL.M. Cum Laude has a diverse work experience in various roles. Flora began their career as an Intern at the General Consulate of Brazil in Milan in 2012. From there, they joined Maastricht University as a Team member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where they achieved the 2nd place in the Dutch Finals. Flora also worked as a Research Assistant for PhD Cees Flinterman, focusing on international and European human rights law.

In 2013, Flora joined Rabobank as a Trainee in Sustainability Business Development, where they conducted research on business and human rights, sustainable supply chain trends, and practices. Flora provided practical recommendations for the implementation of human rights commitments.

From 2014 to 2015, Flora worked as a Social Sustainability Development Researcher at GVces. Flora contributed to the research and construction of frameworks related to local community development impacted by large enterprise operations. Flora wrote and co-wrote publications that aimed to help companies establish sustainable relationships and respect the rights of the community.

In 2016, Flora worked as a Writer and Researcher at Chambers and Partners, where they honed their skills in legal research and writing.

From 2017 to 2020, Flora joined Avaaz, initially as a Portuguese Member Engagement and Language Associate, then as a Campaigns Associate. Flora later became a Senior Campaigner, where they developed a methodology to uncover networks of disinformation and hate speech on social media. Flora led and coordinated numerous investigations that uncovered thousands of networks operating on platforms such as Meta Inc and various websites in different countries.

Most recently, Flora joined SumOfUs in November 2020 as a Senior Campaigner Consultant. Flora was then promoted to the role of Campaign Director in February 2022, where they continue to contribute their expertise in campaign management and strategy.

Flora began their academic journey in 2008 at Università degli Studi di Milano, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Science and European Institutions, specializing in International Organizations. Flora successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

In 2012, Flora Rebello Arduini furthered their education by enrolling at Maastricht University. Over a two-year period, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.)
