Pamela Mead

Pamela Mead is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Global Design at SumUp since November 2019, Pamela previously held the position of Global VP of Product Design at Delivery Hero. Earlier roles include Strategic Design Consultant, Head of Design at HERE Technologies, and (S)VP of User Experience at Telefónica Digital, where significant expansion of the design team and customer-centric practices were achieved. Other notable positions include Mobile XD Leader at Intuit, VP of User Experience at Zannel Inc., and Director of User Experience Design at Yahoo! Mobile. Pamela's educational background includes a Master's degree in Design, Communications from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota.
