Stephen Hills

Stephen Hills is an experienced Payroll Manager with a career spanning over two decades in various organizations. Currently at Sun Chemical since June 2007, Stephen manages a team of five and has overseen the conversion from Cyborg payroll systems to ADP Payforce while utilizing SAP for HR functions. Prior experience includes roles at Organon, where Stephen worked in a shared service group, and at GenTek - General Chemical and Cendant, where responsibilities included migrating payroll systems and managing payroll operations. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Caldwell University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from County College of Morris.
