Duong Nguyen

Duong Nguyen is an experienced Organization Development (OD) Specialist currently working at Sun Group since February 2020. Prior to this role, Duong served as a Senior HR Officer in the Organizational Development Department at Vietnam International Bank from February 2013 to February 2020, following a brief tenure as a Trainee Personal Assistant to the HR Head. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Communications for AIESEC in Finland, where Duong developed and implemented communication strategies, and a Tutor Marketing Assistant role at HAMK, supporting foreign students. Duong also contributed to organizing a regional social business idea competition through AIESEC. Duong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from HAMK University of Applied Sciences.
