Timothy Emerson

Tim Emerson has extensive experience in the food service industry, holding various leadership positions over a career spanning several decades. Since February 2017, Tim Emerson has served as Vice President of Financial and Operations Improvement at Sun Holdings, Inc., while also taking roles as Regional Director of Operations and Director of Training for Popeye's. Prior to this, Tim Emerson worked as a District Manager for both Popeye's and Arby's at Braum's from March 2011 to January 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a Manager in Training at Cracker Barrel and a Regional Director of Operations with Arby's Restaurant Group. Tim Emerson began a career in the industry as an Area Supervisor with Long John Silver's from January 1984 to November 1999. Education was pursued at Dallas College from 1996 to 1998.
